Terms of Service.

MAD Ad Forge provides website build, rescue, redesign, Squarespace-handover, and optional ongoing care services. The scope of every project is confirmed in a written quote before any work begins.

Extra pages, additional features, additional revisions, ecommerce, booking systems, advanced SEO campaigns, domain/email setup, branding, logo, illustration, or custom work are separately quoted unless explicitly included in the approved quote.

MAD Ad Forge may use internal templates, systems, prompts, AI tools, contractors, designers, or illustrators to deliver approved work. Where a written quote or proposal differs from these terms, the written quote/proposal controls.

Starting prices listed on the website are starting points only. Final pricing depends on scope, urgency, platform, pages, and requested features, and is provided in a written quote before any work begins. A deposit or full payment may be required before work starts.

Stated delivery windows (including the 24-hour rescue preview) refer to a private launch-ready preview. The delivery clock starts only after MAD Ad Forge confirms the request, receives required access, materials, and assets, and receives payment or deposit.

Requests submitted outside 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM are treated as received at 7:00 AM the next day. Final domain launch can depend on DNS, platform access, legal text, and client delays.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds stated in the written quote. MAD Ad Forge does not offer unlimited revisions. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Logo, brand direction, and illustration work are quoted separately unless included in an approved written quote. VIP Brand Direction starts at $2,500. Brand + Website Launch Bundle starts at $3,500. Full Brand Identity System is custom quoted from $5,000+.

Brand identity work is visual/design direction only unless otherwise stated in the approved quote. MAD Ad Forge does not provide trademark searches, legal clearance, naming clearance, or guarantee exclusive trademark rights. Client is responsible for ensuring they have rights to names, logos, images, fonts, and materials they provide.

For advanced logo design, illustration, or specialist visual work, MAD Ad Forge may coordinate with external designers or illustrators after client approval. Third-party costs, if any, are confirmed before work begins.

Client is responsible for providing accurate business information, content, copy, images, logos, fonts, approvals, legal text where applicable, and platform access required to complete the project. Delays in providing materials may extend delivery timelines. Client is responsible for ensuring they have rights to all materials they provide.

MAD Ad Forge does not guarantee Google rankings, search visibility, sales, revenue, traffic volume, conversions, social-media performance, or platform performance. Basic SEO structure is included in builds, but ongoing SEO campaigns, paid advertising, and conversion optimisation are not part of the standard scope.

Once production has started on a project, deposits are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation policy for specific packages is detailed in the written quote.

Final launch and handover of the completed website occur after final payment, unless otherwise agreed in the written quote. Upon final payment, the client receives ownership of the website content delivered, except for third-party fonts, plugins, stock assets, and platform software, which remain governed by their respective licenses. MAD Ad Forge may use anonymised project information for portfolio and case-study purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

MAD Ad Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, downtime, third party platform failures, or content provided by the client. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

These terms may be updated. The most recent version is the one published on this page. Material changes affecting in-progress projects will be communicated in writing.
