Information submitted through the website request form (such as name, email, business name, current website URL, project type, preferred turnaround, platform preference, project description, asset readiness, and budget awareness) is collected to evaluate and respond to your project request.

Standard server-level information (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) may be logged for security and abuse prevention.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the request form (for example, government IDs, financial account numbers, or health information). The form is intended for project-scope details only.

Information you submit is used only to review your request, communicate with you about your project, send quotes, prevent abuse, deliver agreed services, and manage client work. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Request information is stored in the project database and may trigger internal notifications to MAD Ad Forge for review and response. Customer confirmation emails may be added later when email delivery is configured.

Submissions are stored in a private, access-controlled database accessible only to MAD Ad Forge operators. We retain submission data for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet ordinary record-keeping obligations.

MAD Ad Forge may use third-party services for hosting, database, analytics, email delivery, and project management. These providers handle information only as required to operate the service and are expected to maintain reasonable security practices.

If client work involves third-party platforms (for example, Squarespace), the privacy policies of those platforms also apply to data hosted on them.

The website may use cookies or similar technologies for anonymous usage analytics and basic site functionality. No personally identifiable advertising profiles are built from this data by MAD Ad Forge.

You can request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your submitted personal information by emailing studio@madadforge.com. Deletion requests are honoured unless retention is required to complete an active project or meet a legal obligation.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect submission data. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
